Richard Boswell

Richard Boswell joined UC Law San Francisco as a faculty member in 1990. Previously, he worked in private practice, as a faculty member at the Law School of Notre Dame, and in the George Washington National Law Center, where he founded its first immigration clinic and directed the Trial Practice Program. He has done extensive research in the field of immigration law and testified before congressional committees.
