TA Communications Intern

Sophie is a senior at University of San Francisco with a major in Sociology and minors in both design & gender and sexuality. At CGRS, Sophie will be housed under the Technical Assistance Program, and she will be helping them with graphic design requests across the board. More specifically, this includes updating CGRS's external presentations, working on the website, and creating social media assets. Currently, Sophie is the assistant manager at the Graphics Center, USFCA's student-run design firm. Sophie has also worked for SF Human Rights Office of Sexual Harassment and Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) as an intern. There, she focused on designing a resource guide around sexual and domestic violence as well as developing the framework for a youth summit around healing and assault prevention. Sophie is passionate about combining design with human rights issues, especially those pertaining to gender-based and sexual violence. In her free time, Sophie enjoys roller skating, sewing, and cooking for her roommates.
