Case Summary

The immigration judge granted withholding of removal and CAT protection to a Haitian woman who feared return to Haiti because her romantic partner abused her and ordered other men to gang rape her. Although she reported the abuse the police, there were no repercussions for her abuser. Even after she left Haiti, he continued to threaten her with death. The immigration judge granted her withholding of removal based on the PSG of women in Haiti. DHS did not appeal.
