Case Summary

A Phoenix Immigration Judge granted asylum to a Honduran minor. The boy had been a lookout for a high profile gang member who had been forced to join Los Puchos gang. The boy served as lookout for a high profile gang member and he had witnessed or knew of many crimes committed by the gang. When he identified MS-13 gang members who had robbed him and was subpoenaed to testify against them, he fled to United States. After that, the gang members attempted to rape his sister.
