Senior Staff Attorney

Anne's work includes advocating for asylum seekers' rights and protections through strategic litigation and amici support; regulatory analysis and related policy advocacy; developing practice advisories and presenting trainings for advocates; and providing technical assistance to attorneys. 

She came to CGRS after working in private practice as a Senior Immigration Attorney at the Law Office of Robert B. Jobe where she represented hundreds of asylum-seekers in removal proceedings; represented immigrants in all manner of affirmative matters, immigration court, and post conviction relief proceedings; and litigated scores of appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal, including precedential case Agonafer v. Sessions, 859 F.3d 1198, 1202 (9th Cir. 2017). Before law school, she worked as a chef in San Francisco, California and Seattle, Washington.
