CGRS Litigation Support Materials

To request any of the following materials, please request assistance in your asylum case.

CGRS produces a wide range of resources to assist attorneys representing women, children, and LGBT asylum seekers, among other refugees fleeing persecution. We publish practice advisories pertaining to particular issues in asylum law and compile country conditions documentation on countries around the world that are continually updated and expanded.

In addition, we also have expert declarations on conditions in particular countries and on key issues that arise in asylum cases. These declarations can be submitted as evidence in asylum cases before the Asylum Office and Immigration Courts.
